The Alchemy Advising Team is growing, and we are so excited for the universe to align us with a Superstar EA! This is a remote employment position for 30-40 hours per week, and will report to the Integrator/Business Manager and occasionally the Business Owner.

About The Position

Pay ranges from $20-$30/hour and is dependent on experience.

Here are a few gaps we currently see within the company that we would love to help this role fill.

Please note, we are not expecting a unicorn to come in and fill all these gaps, but rather would love to learn your zone of genius and expertise that can come in and help us fill a select few of the below gaps:

  • Admin tasks
    (scheduling emails, sending client gifts, calendar management, team onboarding, compiling weekly and monthly metrics, etc.)
  • Customer support and engagement
    (client onboarding, managing customer support inbox, supporting social media engagement as needed, etc.)
  • Process refinement
    (within our project management tools and google drive organization, etc.)
  • Ownership and project management
    of a select few projects (assisting with podcast pitching, management, and content)
  • Content creation and design
    (becoming an expert in Canva to help design social media graphics, program assets, etc.)

Requirements For This Role

  1. Canadian resident
    Because you would be an employee of the company, you need to be located in Canada.

    The work is flexible—you can work from anywhere, but as mentioned above, you must be able to legally work in Canada as you will be an employee of the company. You must have good internet access at all times, be a good communicator, and be committed to showing up to your work consistently.
