Overwhelm. Is it really a “thing”?

Michelle Cooper - How to Develop a Money Mindset

Many people think overwhelm is a real, debilitating part of life. However, I’ve learned that it’s a perception, and you can do something about it. It’s up to you.

As many of you know, I believe in the power of simplicity, decluttering, and releasing.

I am constantly removing things from my life – many things that have made me feel overwhelmed. In fact, just last week, I released a relationship that felt super overwhelming – bless and release. You may have seen my social post about cleaning my windows – that is part of decluttering, and it shifts our energy.

So when Mark, aka Mr. Productivity, asked me to be a guest on his podcast, I wasn’t sure it was the right fit.

I feel like I’m pretty good with my productivity, but what could I offer his audience? Well, it turns out quite a bit. Check out our conversation about money mindset – the real deal, true-to-life deets on what money mindset is and is not and how it shows up in your life. I shared a story with him about receiving more money into your life by releasing money without expectation – you will want to listen to this one!
